Heard Sri Mohd. Monis, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Nikhil Chaturvedi, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 28.08.2015, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, SC/ST Act, District Meerut. He further prayed for direction to the Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, SC/ST Act, District Meerut to recall the P.W.-1 and 2 namely Sukhbeer Singh and Neetu and permit the applicant for their cross examination, in Sessions Trial No. 599 of 2010 (State VS. Santosh and others), under Sections 363, 366, 354, 368, 376-G and 327 IPC and Section 3(2)5 SC/ST Act, and Section 5 Immoral Traffic (Prevention)Act, 1956 at Police Station T.P. Nagar, District Meerut, pending in he court of Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge, SC/ST Act, District Meerut.
After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, hence requires no interference by this Court.
The application lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
