This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.07.2015, passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Sant Kabir Nagar, in Special Sessions Trial No. 19 of 2013 (State Vs. Jhinna alias Nagina), arising out of Case Crime No. 754 of 2012, under Sections 363, 366, 342, 506, 376 IPC, and 3(i) XII of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes Atrocities (Prevention), Act, Police Station Mehdawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar.
After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, hence requires no interference by this Court.
The application lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
