Heard Sri Hare Krishna Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicants, and Sri Manish Deo, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.

The correction application is allowed and the order dated 08.09.2015 is corrected as follows :

"1. In the 2nd line of fourth paragraph of the order dated 08.09.2015, the word "husband and wife" be deleted and in its place "neighbour" shall be read."

2. In the sixth line of 8th paragraph of the order dated 08.09.2015, the word "husband and wife" be deleted and in its place "applicant no.1 and opposite party no.2" shall be read."
