Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.

Petitioners seek quashing of the F.I.R. dated 28.8.2015 being Case Crime No. 280A of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 504, 506, 323, 324 I.P.C., Police Station Soron, District Kasganj.

We have examined the First Information Report. It does disclose a cognizable offence. No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.

Writ petition is dismissed.
