An application for impleadment has been filed for impleading Shri V.K.Mishra,Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Nalkoop Madhya, Lucknow.

Counsel for the applicant submits that when the said incumbents took charge petitioner  gave a representation together with the copy of the order passed by the writ court for compliance on through registered post on 18.9.2015   but till date no action has been taken.

On due consideration, the application is allowed. Counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary impleadment in the body of the petition and take necessary steps.

Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents nos. 7 returnable at an early.

Registry shall take immediate steps.
