In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable that Senior Superintendent of Police, Kannauj may ensure that the investigation of Case Crime No. 409 of 2015 under Sections 304, 201 I.P.C., Police Station Chhibramau, District Kannauj be done with due diligence and with all promptness, in accordance with law.
