C.M.Application No. 101310 of 2015 for correction in the order dated 16.9.2015 has been filed by the petitioner stating therein that due to typographical error the words " Government Order dated 2.5.1973 on the basis of which the impugned order dated 28.4.2014" has been mentioned instead of " the impugned order dated 28.4.2014 on the basis of Government Order dated 2.5.1973'.

Application is allowed.

The words " the impugned order dated 28.4.2014 on the basis of Government Order dated 2.5.1973"  shall be read in place of "Government Order dated 2.5.1973 on the basis of which the impugned order dated 28.4.2014" in the order dated 16.9.2015.

The order dated 16.9.2015 is corrected with red ink.
