Heard.

An application for discharge of contempt notice supported with a Short  Counter  Affidavit has been filed by opposite party no.5  stating therein that in compliance  of the order dated 2.5.2013 passed in Writ Petition No. 2499 of 2013(SS) petitioners have been allowed to work in the Nagar Palika Parishad, Balrampur in the same capacity as they were working earlier prior to termination of their services. It is further indicated in the affidavit that the petitioner would be paid their remuneration accordingly in due course. Copy of the compliance report dated 4.8.2015 has been annexed as Annexure SCA-1.

On due consideration, it appears that order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notice issued to the contemnor is discharged.
