Sri Amit Daga has filed his appearance on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 to 6 and has filed a recall application, seeking a recall of the order dated 1.9.2015 by means of which a direction was issued for producing the corpus before this court. However, as the recall application has been filed, in which it has been stated that a number of facts which ought to have been brought on record were concealed by the petitioner while filing the present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition. However, this Court deems it fit to seek a response from the counsel for the petitioner on the said recall application. 

The counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted two weeks time to file a counter affidavit to the said recall application filed by Sri Amit Daga on behalf of respondent nos. 4 to 6.

List on 5.10.2015, showing the name of Shri Amit Daga as counsel for the respondent nos. 4 to 6. 

The question of production of corpus shall be considered on the next date of listing.
