Present writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 10.12.2014 registered as Case Crime No. 901 (C) of 2014, under Sections 420, 406, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Civil Lines, District Moradabad.

As per office report no steps has been taken for service of notice upon respondent no.4.

No counter affidavit on behalf of State has been filed.

In view of the interim order dated 23.1.2015, present writ petition is disposed of with the observation that if the investigation is pending, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in the aforesaid case, till the collection of credible evidence or submission of  police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C., which ever is earlier.

Interim order stands discharged.
