Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.9.2015, petitioner and private respondents nos. 3 to 6 are present. Petitioner and private respondents no. 3,5,6 and 7 were inclined for referring the matter for mediation by the Mediator of the Court.

Sri Hari Om Singh, Advocate who has put in appearance on behalf of the aforesaid respondents showed some difficulties and as such, this court refrain itself from referring the matter for mediation.
