Affidavit of compliance has been filed by the opposite party stating therein that in compliance  of the order dated 13.7.2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 3362 (SS) of 2015 the answering respondent has passed the order dated 10.9.2015 permitting the petitioner to join her duties. In this background, it has been submitted by Sri Rahul Shukla, Advocate appearing for the respondent that instant contempt petition is liable to be dismissed and the notices be discharged.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the order for joining has been passed but there is mention of payment of salary.

On due consideration, it appears that order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed and the notice issued to the contemnor is discharged. However, it is provided that the petitioner shall be paid monthly salary as and when it becomes due till the end of academic session or till the disposal of  the writ petition, whichever is earlier.
