Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is the case of the petitioners that they are also entitled to the benefits of the Full Bench judgment of this Court in the case of Gajraj Singh  Vs. State of U.P. and others; 2011(11)ADJ 1.

Counsel for the Developement Authority, however, disputes the correctness of the  stand so taken. It is his case that the acquisition in respect of the land of the petitioners was not subject matter of the proceedings in the case of Gajraj Singh (supra) and therefore the said judgment has no application.

We may not enter into any of the issue raised, inasmuch as in our opinion interest of justice would be served if the petitioners are permitted to file a representation ventilating all their grievances before respondent no. 4 at the first instance.

In view of the aforesaid writ petition is disposed of by providing that the petitioners may make a representation ventilating all their grievances before respondent no. 4 along with a certified copy of this order. On such representation being made respondent no. 4 shall consider and decide the same by means of a reasoned speaking order, preferably within eight weeks thereafter.
