If the petitioner is not satisfied with the quantum of electricity dues demanded in terms of the proceedings initiated against the petitioner , he has the remedy of approaching the authority concerned under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy accordingly.
