An affidavit of compliance has been filed by Sri Anil Kumar Lahoti stating therein that in compliance of the order dated 10.4.2014 of the writ court, the Competent Authority i.e. General Manager (P) Northern Railway, Headquarter, Baroda House, New Delhi has accorded approval for considering the appointment of the applicant and officer for appointment has been issued to the applicant in terms of letter dated 21.5.2015. Petitioner's medical has also been completed.

In the background of the aforesaid facts, it has been contended that the order of the writ court has been complied with.

In contrast, Sri Abdul Moin, Advocate after seeing the affidavit of compliance states that it is wrong to say that order of the writ court has been complied with in its letter and spirit as petitioner has yet not been given appointment order.

Accordingly, list this case on 14.9.2015. On that date, respondents shall produce copy of the appointment letter issued in favour of the petitioner.
