Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.
The grievance of the petitioners is that they are being removed from the place of business in violation of Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending Act, 2014.
In our opinion, the grievance of the petitioners can be more appropriately examined by respondent no.2 at the first instance.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file a representation for ventilating their grievances before respondent no.2 within two weeks along with a certified copy of this order. Respondent no.2 shall consider the same by means of a reasoned order preferably within eights weeks thereafter. All consequential actions shall be taken accordingly.
