Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 

The relief prayed for in the petition is to direct the respondent no.2, Tax Officer, Nagar Nigam, Allahabad to record the name of petitioner and her brother Khursheede under Section 213(b) of the U.P. Municipal Corporation Adhiniyam 1959 in respect of house no. 68A/89 Nurullah Road, Allahabad in place of the name of their late father Azimulla who died on 15.7.2009.

We need not enter into the merits of  the issue raised by the petitioner at this stage.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2, Tax Officer, Nagar Nigam, Allahabad  to take an appropriate decision on the application dated 10.7.2015 filed by the petitioner before him preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law.
