This is an application for seeking further direction against the opposite parties.

The submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner filed present petition seeking his regularization on the post of Lab Assistant, during the pendency of the writ petition his services were regularized vide Office Order dated 31.1.2011 with effect from 7.12.2010.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been paid salary in the Pay Scale 1350-2200 w.e.f. 18.1.1992.

Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction as well as file response to the Supplementary Affidavit filed along with present application within three weeks.

As Learned Counsel for the U.P. Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited, Lucknow is not present, the petitioner will inform in writing about this order to the Counsel for the U.P. Rajkiya Nirman Nigam Limited, Lucknow.
