Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party no.1 to 3.

Issue notice to the opposite party no. 4 to 6 directing to them that they will produce the alleged detenue Smt. Parvesh Tomar before this Court on 20.11.2015.

List on 20.11.2015.

It is directed that the husband of the corpus Sri Durgesh Gupta shall deposit a sum of Rs. 25,000/- by way of bank draft drawn in favour of petitioner, Smt. Parvesh Tomar within 15 days from today with the office of Senior Registrar of this Court.

It case, the amount is not deposited, the notice shall not be issued and the same shall be issued only when the said amount is deposited in compliance of this order within 15 days.
