Sri T.P. Singh, learned senior counsel has put in appearance on behalf of the State. On his request, the case is adjourned for tomorrow i.e. 9.10.2015.

However, files marked as 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the Court have been handed over by Sri T.P. Singh to the Court today pertaining to the selection of the respondent no.5 which are of the Higher Education Directorate. Three files of the State format on the subject have also been handed over to this Court, and have been marked as file no. 5, 6 and 7. Register has also been produced before this Court which has also been taken by the Bench Secretary of this Court. 

All the original records produced by Sri T.P.Singh  may be kept by the Bench Secretary in a sealed envelop.
