Heard Sri Raj Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Manish Deo, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State, and perused the record.

The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IInd, Gautam Budh Nagar, to decide the Case No. 1037 of 2013 (State Vs. Kamlesh), in Case Crime No. 707 of 2013, under Sections 354, 354-B, 452, 323 IPC, Police Station Sector-58 Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar, within a definite period.

Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
