It is surprising that the District Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar is not responding to the orders of the Court . Office report dated 28.11.2015 records that the compliance of the orders dated 8.9.2015 and 28.10.2015 are still awaited from the District Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar.

In these circumstances, we direct the Registrar General to forward the copy of the orders dated 8.9.2015, 28.10.2015 and the order passed today to the District Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar through special messenger and the District Judge, Gautam Budh Nagar should respond in the matter positively by 14th December, 2015 failing which he shall appear before this Court with all the relevant records.
