1. The application seeks extension of time to enable the petitioner to deposit outstanding amount.

2. We have considered the contention of the counsel.

3. Perusal of order dated 9th July, 2014 indicates that the following has been provided.

"In the event of default in deposit of any of the instalment as indicated above, the liberty of instalment granted by this court shall stand withdrawn and the respondent shall be entitled to recover the amount in accordance with law.  In case the amount as indicated above is deposited by the petitioner before the State respondents they shall not be entitled to claim recovery charges."

4. In view of above, there is no ground to extend the time.

5. Application is dismissed.
