Notices on behalf opposite parties have been accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel.

By means of present petition, petitioner is challenging the order dated 6.11.2015, whereby the Chief Engineer (Mu-2), Public Works Department, Lucknow canceled the transfer order of the petitioner dated 4.11.2015.

Submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner was transferred on his request from Construction Division-III, P.W.D. to Construction Division-I, P.W.D. Sitapur and the petitioner submitted his joining at his new place of posting on 6.11.2015, but on the same day the opposite party no.3 canceled the petitioner's transfer order without assigning any reasons.

As the learned Standing Counsel fails to give any reason as to why the transfer order of the petitioner has been canceled, prima facie case for interim relief is made out.

Accordingly, the impugned order dated 6.11.2015 is stayed till further orders.

Learned Counsel for the opposite party no.3 prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file Counter Affidavit.

Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within two weeks'.
