Petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 28.10.2015 being Case Crime No. 1849 of 2015, under Sections 143, 387, 452, 506,, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Chunar, District Mirzapur.

We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.

No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.

Writ petition is dismissed.
