This is an application for correction of order dated 6.5.2015 passed on C.M.Application No. 110841 of 2014)

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in fifth para of the order dated 6.5.2015, the order has been wrongly transcribed as 14.11.2014 in place of 09.07.2014, therefore, necessity to move present application arose.

On due consideration, application is allowed.

In the fifth para of the order dated 6.5.2015, 14.11.2014 be read as 09.07.2014.

The order dated 6.5.2015 is being corrected with red ink.
