Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioner seeks quashing of the F.I.R. dated 31.3.2015 being Case Crime No. 85 of 2015, under Section 3(1) of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Kakvan, District Kanpur Nagar.

We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.

No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.

Writ petition is dismissed.
