Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioners seek quashing of the F.I.R. dated 3.10.2015 being Case Crime No. 537 of 2015, under Sections 452, 354, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Nawabganj, District Bareilly.

We have examined the First Information Report. It discloses a cognizable offence.

No case for quashing of the First Information Report is made out. The prayer in that regard is rejected.

Writ petition is dismissed.
