In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is desirable that the investigation of Case Crime No. 313 of 2015 under Sections 308, 323, 504, 506, 352 I.P.C., Police Station Kishani, District Mainpuri be monitored by the Superintendent of Police, Mainpuri. It must be ensured that the investigation is completed in utmost fair and transparent manner at the earliest possible.

The writ petition is disposed of.
