Sri K.Ravindra Naik, Managing Director of the U.P.State Road Transport Corporation informs that Ms. Veena Sinha has been delisted from the panel of the Corporation in the year 2013 and thereafter directions were issued to the Regional Offices for taking steps in the respective matters, but it appears that Regional Offices have not taken proper care and resulting in non appearance of any conunsel on the date fixed.

It has also been informed by the Managing Director of the U.P.State Road Transport Corporation that appropriate steps are being taken against the erring officers.

Appreciating the information furnished by the Managing Director, U.P.State Road Transport Corporation and the proposed action against the erring officers his future presence is exempted.

Sri Chandra Shekher Pandey filed his Vakalatnama, the same is taken on record. As prayed by him a week's time is granted for preparing the brief.

Office is directed to print the name of Sri Chandra Shekher Pandey as counsel for the opposite parties, when the case is next listed.

List this case on 07.12.2015.

In the meantime, the opposite parties will exchange the pleadings.
