Sri Puneet Chandra, learned Counsel for the opposite parties on the basis of the instructions informs that that meeting of Board of Governors of the Uttar Pradesh Prashasan Evam Prabandhan Academy (U.P. Academy of Administration and Management),Lucknow has been fixed for 17.12.2015 and the matter of the petitioner for grant of pay scale on the basis of recommendation of 5th Pay Commission will be considered in the said meeting.

In view of the above, list this case on 23.12.2015.
