Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

Learned A.G.A has accepted notice on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 to 3.

Issue notice to the opposite party no. 4 directing to her that she will produce the alleged detenue Smt. Priyanka Singh before this Court on 21.12.2015.

List on 21.12.2015.

It is directed that the husband of the corpus Prashant Ranjan Katiyar shall deposit a sum of Rs. 10,000/- by way of bank draft drawn in favour of petitioner, Smt. Priyanka Singh within 10 days from today in the office of Senior Registrar of this Court.

In case, the amount is not deposited, the notice shall not be issued and the same shall be issued only when the said amount is deposited in compliance of this order within 10 days.
