Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application praying for correction in the order dated 05.11.2015.

In the last line of second paragraph after Appeal No. 443/1191/2002-03 the new number of the appeal being "Appeal No. 443/109/2008-09" be also read and in fourth line of last paragraph between the word appeal and in the word "expeditiously" be also read in the order.

The application is, accordingly, allowed.
