List has been revised but no one appears on behalf of the BSA Raebareli.

It is informed by the Counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 6.12.2013 while posting the case for 10.12.2015, a cost of Rs. 10,000/- was imposed upon the BSA but the same has not been deposited till date. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the aforesaid order was communicated to the BSA, Rae bareli  through fax message as well as by the registered post.  The order sheet further reveals that the case was listed on various occasions but apparently, the order dated  6.12.2013 has not been complied with. 

Taking serious view of the series of events, the BSA Raebareli is directed to appear in person before this Court to show cause as to why the aforesaid order has not been complied with till date.

List this case on 15.12.2015. Registry as well as Standing Counsel is directed to communicate this order to the BSA Raebareli.
