Taking serious view of the matter, the Principal, Gandhi Smarak Uchchtar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Rasoolabad, District Unnao, is directed to appear in person on 11.12.2015 to assist the court and to explain as to why counter affidavit has not been filed in the case.
