The applicant has approached this Court to expedite the proceedings of Original Suit No. 545 of 2013 (Suresh Chandra Chaurasia and others Vs. Bharat Lal Chaurasia and another), pending before Civil Judge (Senior Division), Allahabad.

The issues have been framed in November 2014, I do not find any ground to expedite the suit at this stage.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.

No order as to costs.
