Heard Sri H.R. Mishra, learned counsel assisted by Sri K.M.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner has retired from the post of Office Superintendent  under the respondents on 31.7.2013 but certain deductions have been made from his post retiral benefits, in respect of which he has preferred a representation on 24.4.2015 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition).

No useful purpose would be served by keeping this matter pending.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dispose of with the direction to the Central Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, Government of India, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi.

Issue notice to respondent no.1 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 24.2.2015 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in his office. The petitioner shall also provide a certified copy of the representation dated 24.2.2015 filed as Annexure-3 to the writ petition.

It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merit.
