Heard learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned A.G.A.

Present petition has been moved by petitioners Raju, Sonu, Sachin @ Bhoora, Tara Singh, Om Prakash under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.540 of 2014 (Mukesh Kumar vs. Raju & ors) under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C relating to Police Station Ram Sanehi Ghat, District Barabanki as well as the impugned summoning order dated 12.8.2014 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.12, Barabanki

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for petitioners prayed for only a direction under Section 483 Cr.P.C. for expeditious disposal of bail application.

A direction for expeditious disposal of bail application appears to be just. State of U.P. reported in [2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC)] subject to condition that petitioners shall appear before Magistrate/Trial Court concerned within one month from today and shall move bail application in accordance with law.

In the meantime, no coercive steps shall be taken against petitioners.
