1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.

2. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant-Ismail with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 1254 of 2014, under Sections-394, 302, 201, 342 IPC, P.S.-Sector 24 Noida, District-Gautam Budh Nagar. It is not in dispute that certain stolen vehicles have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. It is true that his name was not named in the first information report, but dead body of the driver of the vehicle involved in the aforesaid first information report has also been recovered.

3. After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A., and after perusing the averments made in the present bail application as well as rejection order, this Court is of the opinion, that learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any good ground for grant of bail to the applicant.

4. Accordingly, the bail application filed on behalf of the applicant is hereby rejected.
