1. Called in revised. None appeared to press this application. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.

2. The grievance of the applicants is that the Case No. 13546 of 2008, State Vs. Rame Chauhan & others arising out in Case Crime No. 313 of 2008 under SEction 147, 341 I.P.C. , Police Station Surajpur, District Gautam Budh Nagar is pending since long, but the same has not been decided so far.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of finally with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him, provided there is no otherwise legal impediment in the matter, and, subject to other business of the Court.
