Heard Sri Madan Mohan Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.

Learned A.G.A. submits that on the basis of instructions received that there is no danger for the life of the alleged detenue Archna Verma and the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 have not interfered in the matter of alleged detenue and there is no FIR has been lodged at the Police Station Jahagirabad, District Barabanki regarding any danger of the life of the petitioner Archna Verma. The marriage of Archna Verma with Shri Sumit Kumar Verma was registered on 21.01.2015.

In view of the above submissions and facts and circumstances of the case, production of Archna Verma is desirable before this Court.

List on 24th June, 2015. 

The S.H.O., Jahagirabad, District Barabanki is directed to produce the detenue Archna Verma on 24th June, 2015 before this Court.

A copy of this order be immediately provided to learned A.G.A. for compliance on this order.
