Heard Sri Dinesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.

This criminal appeal under Section 374 (2) Cr.P.C. has been filed against the judgement order dated 25.05.2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No. 36, Barabanki in S.T. No. 305/2011, arising out of Case Crime No. 214/1999, under Sections 498-A, 304-B I.P.C. and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Jaidpur, District Barabanki, whereby the learned Trial Court has convicted and sentenced the appellant under Section 304-B I.P.C. for seven years imprisonment, under Section 498-A I.P.C. for two years R.I. and fine of Rs. 5,000/-, failing to deposit amount of fine one month additional R.I. and under Section 4 of D.P. Act for one year R.I. and fine of Rs. 5,000/-, failing to deposit fine one month additional imprisonment. All the sentences are directed to run concurrently.

Learned A.G.A. is present for respondent-State of U.P., therefore, there is no need to issue notice to the State.

Summon the record of learned lower Court.
