Heard Sri Suresh Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P.

The petitioners Amit Kumar Yadav and Smt. Shiva have moved this petitioner jointly. Both are present before this Court and they have been identified by Sri Suresh Chandra Srivastava Advocate.

This petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ of mandamus and to command the opposite parties directing them not to harass the petitioners further. It has been informed that no F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioners. The documents which have been annexed clearly show that both the petitioners are major as such, opposite parties have no right to interfere with the peaceful life of the petitioners

Issue notice to the opposite party no. 4.

Learned Standing Counsel may also seek instructions and file counter affidavit within four weeks.

Rejoinder affidavit may also be filed within one week thereafter.

List thereafter.

In the meanwhile, opposite parties are directed not to harass or interfere with the peaceful life of the petitioners and opposite party nos. 2 and 3 are specifically directed to ensure the compliance of this order.
