The controversy in this writ petition is similar and identical to the one involved in Writ C No.63199 of 2013, Ram Pratap Deo Wati Inter College and another Vs. State of U.P. and others decided  by a separate judgment  passed today itself i.e.27.07.2015.

The dispute is regarding a student of the Institution who has been admitted directly in Class-12 after she had failed in Class-12 in the previous Institution.

Since the matter is covered by the above referred decision, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the said decision dated 27.07.2015 passed in Writ C No.63199 of 2013, Ram Pratap Deo Wati Inter College and another Vs. State of U.P. and others and the respondents are directed to forthwith declare the result of the aforesaid student of the Intermediate Examination-2014 of the Board of U.P. High School and Intermediate Education.

The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
