In view of the order passed by the Court on 19.6.2015 in Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 35375 of 2015, Gorakhpur University Aff. College Teacher Asso. and Anr. Vs. State  of U.P. & Anr., as well as the order dated 10.7.2015 passed on the application made for modification of the order by a Division Bench of this Court, we direct as follows:

This petition would come up before the Court on 23.7.2015, by which date the Principal Secretary shall bring on record the decision taken by him in compliance to the order dated 19.6.2015, referred to above.
