Heard Sri Vivek Dhaka, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.

It appears from the record that Criminal Misc. Application No. 3285 of 2013 has been filed by the applicant along with accused in which interim order has been passed by this Court on 4.2.2013, in Case Crime No. 320 of 2012, u/s 307, 504, 506 I.P.C. P.S. Kharkhoda, District Meerut, a photocopy of the same is annexed as annexure no.2, to this application.

It is desirable that the present matter be connected with the aforesaid application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. and place before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for obtaining nomination, so that both the matters will be decided together.

List / put up on 20.7.2015, before appropriate Bench after obtaining nomiation of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
