The petitioner is aggrieved with the transfer order dated 2 June 2015, whereby he has been transferred from district Bahraich to district Jhansi.

The petitioner has brought on record the several documents which establish serious acrimony development between him and the District Magistrate, Bahraich.  It is stated that the petitioner has been deployed for preparation of electoral roll and the officers, who are engaged in the election work have been restricted from subjecting to transfer. 

However, looking into the acrimony developed between the petitioner and the District Magistrate, we do not feel it appropriate to stay the petitioner's transfer, rather we hereby give him liberty to submit option of three districts as per his choice for his posting instead Jhansi. The petitioner may submit his option by 13 July 2015, which shall be considered by the State Government within next three days. The State shall post him in any of the district, out of  the districts opted by him.

In the aforesaid terms the writ petition stands disposed of finally.
