Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court Sri Anil Kumar Pandey, Settlement Officer, Consolidation, Basti is present before the Court. Sri Neeraj Tiwari, who is appearing on his behalf has filed a counter affidavit which is taken on record. Since the learned counsel for the applicant is not present the copy of the counter affidavit could not be served upon him.

List this case after eight weeks. In the meantime, rejoinder affidavit, if any be filed. Presence of the opposite party before the Court is exempted on future dates. He need not appear before the Court unless he is called for again. On the next date of listing the name of Sri Neeraj Tiwari, be shown as counsel for the opposite party.
