This writ petition is directed against the order of the Deputy General Manager (Industries), New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, Administrative Building, Sector-6, Noida, U.P. dated 4th December, 2007, whereby the applications made by the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, 2005 have been disposed of.

If the petitioner is not satisfied with the order of the Deputy General Manager/Assistant Public Information Officer, he has the remedy of filing of first appeal and thereafter second appeal under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

We further find that under the information supplied the petitioner has been informed that his selection in the matter of allotment of the land has not been approved by the Committee. The money deposited shall be returned. The decision of the Committee in that regard has also been communicated to the petitioner. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the refusal to allot the land to the petitioner for whatever reasons it may be, he can always approach the State Government under Section 41 (3) of the Urban Planning and Development Act, which stands incorporated by adoption under Section 12 of the U.P. Industrial Development Act.

The present writ petition is pending since 2008. No interim order was granted.

The present writ petition is disposed of subject to the observations made above.
