Connect writ petition no. 4504/09(SS),writ petition no. 4505/09(SS),writ petition no. 4506/09(SS),writ petition no. 4507/09(SS) and writ petition no. 7839/09(SS) and list all these writ petitions alongwith other connected matters in the month of January, 2016.

It has been informed that in writ petitions no. 4503 and 4505, the counter affidavits have been filed but inadvertently, incorrect numbers as Writ Petition No. 4798//SS/09 and 4773/SS/09 have been mentioned in the said affidavits. Registry is directed to trace the same and place it at the record of writ petition no. 4503 and 4505 of 2009. However, as a precautionary measure, the respondents are directed to file a supplementary affidavit annexing therewith the duplicate copy of the counter affidavit.

In writ petition no. 7839 (SS0 of 09, 4507(SS) of 2009 and 4504 of 2009, Sri Chandra Shekhar Pandey has filed power on behalf of the respondents, which are taken on record. His name be shown in the cause list, when the case is listed next.

As far as writ petition no. 4506 (SS) of 2009 is concerned, opposite parties are directed to file counter affidavit by the next date fixed.

In writ petition no. 4507(SS) of 2009, this court vide order dated 19.11.2015 directed to file better affidavit. Respondents may do so before the next date of listing.
